Changes

Restores the RSS connection inventory in the new overview page type with collapsible category groups, visible counts, an ungrouped fallback, and filtering suitable for large feed collections.
Extends the rendered-page gate to English with R25, blocking German interface copy while exempting proper names and user-entered content; bundled connection examples now provide localized descriptions.
Adds canonical real-link validation for page back actions (R26) and removes duplicate connection create actions through R27.
Strengthens R4 so every one of the 13 seeded connection kinds must render exactly as many inventory cards as its test data contains, including a 32-feed RSS scale fixture.
Keeps the graphical Memory browser, daily context, context rollup, connection runtime, and public release unchanged.
