Changes

  • Replaces the accidental proxy into the owner’s Codex service with exactly one isolated codex app-server --stdio process per Vibe:Lab turn and implements the documented initialise/thread/turn handshake for Codex CLI 0.157.0.
  • Shows and stores the task, progress, approvals, reply, heartbeats, honest timeouts and bounded, redacted diagnostics in the original coding agent area; cancelling ends only ARIA’s own session process.
  • Adds concrete Git/worktree pre-checks, empty diffs with a base commit, traffic lights for sign-in and compatibility, and ARIA’s conservative confirmation floor for every autonomy level.
  • Refines the Vibe:Lab windows with a glass/monitor style based on theme tokens, readable active layout buttons, a centred default format for a single window and a disk calculation that matches df.
  • The public version remains 0.1.0-alpha1007. The structured gates use contract fakes only; a real provider-backed agent run is deliberately left unproven and reserved for the owner’s test.
